  • Processing time: Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after placement (Mon–Fri, excl. Indian public holidays). During promotional periods, processing may take up to 4 days.

  • Domestic shipping (India): Options include India Post or courier partners. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • International shipping: We ship worldwide via DHL Express or equivalent international courier. Shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, and applicable taxes are the recipient’s responsibility (per DHL customs declarations). Estimated delivery timing is 10–15 business days, depending on destination.

  • Refused shipments: If a parcel is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any incurred import fees, and the cost of return.

  • Customs & gifts: For international orders, commercial value will be declared on customs forms—even for gifts—according to international postal regulations.

  • Order tracking: Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships.

  • Delays: Any customs processing delays or carrier disruptions are beyond Namah Crystals' control.
