Because our crystals are natural and untreated, no two stones are exactly the same. You may notice small variations in color, size, or shape — this uniqueness is what makes each piece truly one of a kind.
Our beads are handcrafted from natural crystals, and sizes can vary depending on the batch. Instead of exact sizes, we provide a range:
● Small beads: 5–8mm
● Large beads: 8–11mm
Crystals are not certified by any recognized gemological laboratory. The “certificates” often seen online are usually printed plastic cards with no real authenticity. At Namah Crystals, we stay true to transparency and never promote such practices.
We use 18K real gold plating over brass for our charms and accents, combining beauty, durability, and elegance.
Crystal bracelets are believed to work energetically by absorbing, processing, and balancing energies on behalf of the wearer. When a bracelet breaks, it is often considered a sign that the crystal has completed its purpose. Many people believe that crystals take in heavy or negative energies. Once their energetic threshold is fulfilled, the crystal may release itself physically by breaking. In this sense, the bracelet is understood to have completed its work.
There is no fixed timeline. A crystal bracelet may break:
- After a few days or months
- Within a few hours of wearing
- Even after a year or more
This varies from person to person and depends on individual energy, usage, and external factors.
No. We follow strict quality checks for every bracelet before dispatch. Each piece is carefully inspected for durability, string quality, and crystal condition prior to shipping. Breakage is generally considered part of the crystal’s natural energetic function rather than a manufacturing issue.
As breakage is believed to indicate completion of the crystal’s energetic purpose, replacement or exchange is not possible once the bracelet has been worn and broken.
However, if you receive a bracelet that is already broken at the time of delivery, we do offer an exchange.
Important condition for exchange:
- Please make a clear video while opening the package.
- The video must show the sealed package being opened and the bracelet found broken.
- Without an unboxing video, exchange requests cannot be accepted.
Yes. If you wish to continue receiving similar energetic support or protection, you may choose to begin again with a new bracelet. Each new bracelet represents a fresh energetic cycle and intention. When a product is marked as Pre-Order, it means the bracelet is currently not in stock but is available to reserve in advance.
Pre-Order timeline:
- Pre-order items typically take 15–20 days to be processed and dispatched.
- This time is required for sourcing, quality checks, and careful preparation before shipping.
