  • Acceptance of terms: By placing an order with Namah Crystals, you agree to our policies and business terms as outlined here.

  • Product information: All gemstone items are natural and may show slight variations in color, inclusions, or size. Photographs are indicative and may differ from the actual piece.

  • Eligibility for ordering: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent. You also confirm you’re not restricted from purchasing gemstones in your region.

  • Pricing & payments: All prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (â‚ą). We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and Paytm. Payments must clear before processing.

  • Order changes & cancellations: Cancellations or changes may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Warranty & repairs: We offer a one-year warranty on full‑price items against defects in materials or workmanship. Final‑sale items, limited‑edition crystal sets, or sale items are not eligible. Repairs or replacements are one‑time only. Shipping costs for warranty repairs are borne by the customer.

  • Limitation of liability: Namah Crystals is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from product use.

  • Privacy: We collect personal data securely and use it to fulfill orders. We will not share your data without consent (refer to our separate Privacy Policy).

  • Governing law: All transactions are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be filed in courts with jurisdiction in Delhi.

  • Modifications: Namah Crystals reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon posting on the website.
