Eligibility for ordering: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent. You also confirm you’re not restricted from purchasing in your region.

Pricing & payments: All prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (₹). We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and Paytm. Payments must clear before processing.

Order changes & cancellations: Cancellations or changes may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Warranty & repairs: We offer a one-year warranty on full‑price items against defects in materials or workmanship. Final‑sale items, limited‑edition crystal sets, or sale items are not eligible. Repairs or replacements are one‑time only. Shipping costs for warranty repairs are borne by the customer.

At Namah Crystals, we work only with natural, untreated crystals. Since every stone is a unique gift from the Earth, you may notice slight variations in color, shape, and size. This is not a flaw but proof of authenticity — no two crystals are ever exactly alike.
Bead Sizes
Our bracelets are handcrafted using natural crystal beads. Because each batch is different, bead sizes are mentioned as a range rather than exact measurements:
Small Beads: 5–8mm
Large Beads: 8–11mm
Certifications

Unlike gemstones, crystals are not certified by any recognized gemological laboratory. Certificates you see online are often printed on plastic cards and are not an assurance of authenticity.
