Eligibility: Returns are accepted only on items that are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging—such as boxes and tags.
Time window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The item must be posted back within 14 days of purchase. Late returns may qualify only for store credit, and returns posted more than 30 days after the order date are the customer’s responsibility and not accepted.
How to initiate: Submit a return request via our Returns Portal or email customer support. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return shipping fee: If using a prepaid return label provided by us, a standard fee of ₹450 (or USD equivalent) will be deducted from your refund. If you arrange your own return shipping, those costs are non‑refundable.
What’s final sale:

Refund processing time: Once the item is received and inspected by us (in original condition), please allow 10–14 business days for refund credit to be issued to your original payment method.
International returns: The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. We cannot issue return labels or reimburse customs fees.
Damaged or incorrect items: Report any damaged or wrongly received item within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo. We will replace or refund the item after verification at no extra cost, including return shipping if at fault.
Exchanges: We currently do not support direct product exchanges online. You may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
