All our bracelets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once an order has been delivered, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
🔁 Exchange Policy (Broken Bracelet Only)
We offer an exchange strictly and exclusively in the case of a bracelet received in a broken condition, subject to the following terms:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The exchange will be provided only for the same bracelet (same design, size, and material). No change or upgrade is allowed.
- The broken bracelet must be returned to us for inspection and approval before the exchange is processed.
- Exchange is allowed only once per order.
Spiritual Product Disclaimer
Our bracelets are crafted as spiritual and energy-based products. In rare cases, breakage may occur due to strong negative or conflicting energies in the surrounding environment or personal energy field. Such occurrences are considered a natural spiritual response, not a manufacturing defect.
Breakage due to spiritual or energetic reasons does not automatically qualify as a defect claim beyond the stated exchange policy.
🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange
The following cases are not covered under exchange:
- Requests made after 7 days from delivery
- Damage due to wear and tear, mishandling, water exposure, stretching, or accidental breakage
- Change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference
For exchange requests, please contact our support team with your order number and clear images/videos of the broken bracelet within the eligible time period.
