International shipping: We ship worldwide via DHL Express or equivalent international courier. Shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, and applicable taxes are the recipient’s responsibility (per DHL customs declarations). Estimated delivery timing is 10–15 business days, depending on destination.

Refused shipments: If a parcel is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any incurred import fees, and the cost of return.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only on items that are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging—such as boxes and tags.

Time window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The item must be posted back within 14 days of purchase. Late returns may qualify only for store credit, and returns posted more than 30 days after the order date are the customer’s responsibility and not accepted.

Exchanges: We currently do not support direct product exchanges online. You may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
