As breakage is believed to indicate completion of the crystal’s energetic purpose, replacement or exchange is not possible once the bracelet has been worn and broken.

However, if you receive a bracelet that is already broken at the time of delivery, we do offer an exchange Within 21 Days from the date of delivery

• The video must show the sealed package being opened and the bracelet found broken.
• Without an unboxing video, exchange requests cannot be accepted.
